Welcome to Aitutaki. Enjoy your stay in a small and peaceful property owned by the Tini family. For those who desire an extremely private and totally relaxed holiday, this is ideal for you! No need to go anywhere. We are located right on the beachfront and you can enjoy fabulous swimming, snorkeling and more beachcomber activities at your doorstep. The villas are fully self-contained with modern conveniences with a private balcony in clear view of the spectacular Aitutaki-sunsets.
Location
We are located in Aitutaki - one of the most famouse lagoons in the world. We are right on the beachfront. Aitutaki is accessed by domestic flights from the main island of Rarotonga.
Accommodation
Open plan living with lofty ceilings and ceiling fans. The villas have a queen size bed and a single bed, with traditional design hand-made quilts. Storage is available with wardrobe, bedside tables. Separate bathroom and the adjoining kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, and kitchen appliances. Outside is a large timber deck with table and chairs overlooking the beach and ocean.
Dining & Entertainment
A five minute walk to a grocery shop to buy basic groceries. Or the same time on a moped (they may be hired) gets you to Arutunga Town, which has the biggest store on the island. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance.
Facilities
The villas have telephone. Bathrooms have modern hot water shower. Linens, towles and beach towels are provided. The villas are serviced daily.
Activities
Aitutaki Beach Villas has its own kayaks for your use while staying with us. On the beach is also a table, hammock and chairs for lounging. Enjoy swimming and snorkelling, or try out some of the island activities such as a visit to Honeymoon and One Foot Islands, reef and lagoon exploration, fishing, scuba diving, island night entertainments, scooter-rides, walkabouts and many more.

Aitutaki Lagoon is perfect for your honeymoon. Aitutaki Beach Villas provides a private haven. Trips to Honeymoon and One Foot Islands are available with nearby operators.

45% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due 1 month before arrival.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations in writing please. Full refund if 60 days or more prior to arrival. 60% refund for cancellations between 30-60 days. No refund for cancellations within 30 days.
