Ginas Beach Lodges and Ginas Garden Lodges are the two properties, one set in a beautiful tropical garden, and the other on an exquisite lagoon. Guests can customise their Aitutaki holiday and choose to spend some time at both locations, thus ensuring they enjoy the best of all our island has to offer.
Both properties offer great value for money accommodation in well equipped lodges and are suitable for budget travellers, nature lovers and those looking for peace and tranquility. We are family friendly and welcome children of all ages.
Gina?s Aitutaki accommodation is built on family land owned by Traditional Leader Queen Manarangi Tutai.
Location
Gina’s Beach Lodge on beautiful Akaiami Island is five miles across the lagoon from the mainland. Set in the heart of Aitutaki’s blue lagoon, this uniquely special property is situated on a pristine white sandy beach.
Gina’s Garden Lodges Aitutaki is located at the Southern end of the Lagoon island of Aitutaki in the Cook Islands, in a secluded garden setting near Tautu Village.
Accommodation
Gina’s Aitutaki offers two separate Aitutaki accommodation locations:
Ginas Beach Lodge, alongside a gorgeous white sand swimming beach on the uninhabited island of Akaiami in stunning Aitutaki Lagoon,
and
Ginas Garden Lodges, in the beautiful lush setting of Tautu Village on the main island of Aitutaki.
Facilities
Each Lodge is beautifully decorated with locally Tie Dyed curtains and bed spreads. Well equipped with refrigerator, stove tops, toaster, and tea pots. Stocked with available fresh fruit in season. All lodges fully screened, have fans, full cooking facilities, hot water, refrigerators, and TVs. TV Programming runs for 24 hours a day, and includes segments of CNN, Turner Classic Movies, and Cartoon Network.
Each Lodge will accomodate 4 Adults, or 3 Adults and two children in a family group of 5.
One double bed and one single bed down stairs and two single beds in the loft. The Lodges are serviced daily except Sunday.
Activities
Cruise to our lodge on Akaiami Island aboard the M.V "Ida Maud". Our boat includes all safety features and twin Yamaha 115 HP outboard, with sheltered seating, wheelhouse, HF and VHF radios, and many other features.
We can also arrange Land Tours, a Public Lagoon Cruise, Island Night, Lagoon or Deep Sea Fishing, and Scuba Diving.

Check-In and Check Out Times: Because of our comparitive isolation, and because of varying flight times, we adopt a relaxed attitude , and do not intend at this time to charge extra tariffs to guests where they would be applicable. We hope that this policy will help earn us a reputation for being generous and hospitable. Children Under 8 years are Free at Akaiami Beach Lodge.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival receive a 60% refund from total rental. Cancellations within 30-days will not receive any refund. We recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance if you are concerned about cancellation fees.
